Safe, Transparent, and Humane Delivery for Every Pet 🐾
Whether you’re collecting your new pet in person or arranging delivery across Kenya, our goal is to make every journey safe, comfortable, and stress-free — for both pets and pet parents.
We work only with approved couriers and licensed veterinarians, ensuring all transport meets Kenya’s Animal Welfare & Protection Act and Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) guidelines.
Coverage Across Kenya
We currently support pet listings, pickups, and deliveries in all counties within Kenya.
- Vendors must clearly specify their county, town, and pickup location during listing.
- Inter-county deliveries are arranged through trusted partner couriers or approved third-party providers.
- Expansion to additional regions (e.g. Nakuru, Mombasa, Machakos) will follow after verifying courier capacity.
Every delivery is tracked through the platform, with photo or video confirmation at pickup and arrival.
Handover Options
To keep pets safe and buyers comfortable, we offer three easy ways to complete handover:
- Local Pickup (Default Option)
- Meet the seller at their home, kennel, or approved location.
- You may also choose a neutral handover point, such as a veterinary clinic or public pet-friendly area.
- Both parties verify the pet’s identity, health, and documents before completing the transaction.
- The pet is considered “delivered” once received and acknowledged by both sides.
- Neutral Veterinary Handover
- For extra peace of mind, you can meet at a registered vet clinic.
- A vet officer or platform representative may witness the exchange.
- Buyers are encouraged to request a basic health check during handover.
- Partner Courier Delivery
- Ideal for long-distance or inter-county transfers.
- Vendors may use:
- Our verified partner couriers, or
- Any approved third-party animal transport provider meeting KVB standards.
- Vendors must:
- Upload a valid vet certificate and handover form before dispatch.
- Ensure the pet is healthy, hydrated, and in a ventilated carrier.
- Couriers provide photo or video proof at pickup and upon arrival.
- Delivery is deemed complete once the animal leaves the vendor’s premises unless a complaint is filed within 24 hours.
